Returns/Exchanges

We’ll gladly exchange unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise with original tags attached and in original packaging (if applicable).

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift Cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

Books, CDs, DVDs, software, video games, or vinyl records will ONLY be exchanged for the exact same item.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

First, call or email us regarding your desire to return the item(s) for exchange or credit so that we may give you a Return Authorization Number. (You must receive this RA# before returning the item(s) or they will not be properly credited back to you!) Then simply mail the item(s) back to us within 10 days of your order date and the cost of your item(s) will be applied to you for exchange or store credit (aka gift card).

Once your exchange is received and processed, we will notify you via email that we have received your item(s) and include the details of your gift card. You may redeem the gift card code online or in store.

Please include the original packing slip or order number with your items when you mail them back. And be sure to include the RA# on the address label.

Reduced and Sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged.

Exchanges after 10 days cannot be accepted.

The original shipping charge is non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for any item you exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, with tags attached and in the same condition that you received it. If we receive any item back from you in an unsaleable condition, you will be notified and the items will be returned to you.

We do not issue refunds.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card code will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the credit to the gift giver and she/he will find out about your return and then it is between the gift giver and gift recipient to discuss how to proceed with the credit/exchange.
